Known issues             : Jitter of a couple of 10usec on RTC for the IRIG-B packets
                         : Precision of 1553 is only a few 10usec because of IRIG-B time stamps (not 
                         : more than 100nsec RTC diff between 1553 channels for a same message)
                         : 1553 Gap times word with fixed values
